Steelers players Pat Freiermuth and Karl Joseph took some of our newly arrived refugee families shopping at Target over the holidays! Each family received a $300 gift card and the kids were able to pick out whatever items they wanted to get with it.
While the kids went straight for the toy aisles to start, they also picked out some clothes and shoes, as well. Interpreters also came along for the shopping trip to help the families and players understand each other and communicate.
Thanks to the Steelers for providing this amazing opportunity for some of our newer families!
