Art in the Community

JFCS and 10.27 Healing Partnership are joining forces to offer an art-based mindfulness program. The group will explore ways making art can help regulate the nervous system, promote playfulness, imagination, and connect us more deeply to our bodies, emotions, thoughts, and worldviews.

Register for free today and join us on July 10, July 24, August 7, August 21 from 10am-11:30am.

You Can Make a Difference by Volunteering

AgeWell Rides, a partnership of JFCS, the JCC and The Jewish Association on Aging, offers a great opportunity for individuals to serve their community. We are seeking volunteers to provide transportation to various appointments and errands, for seniors who are unable to drive themselves. This is a chance to make a difference in the lives of our older neighbors.

Help Make Pittsburgh Home for Families

Your generosity enables the Refugee & Immigrant department at JFCS to provide crucial supplies to families beginning their new journey here. With your donations, you don’t just provide essentials. Your contributions transform an empty space into a warm, welcoming home. Check out our Amazon wish list and think about how you can ease the transition for families settling in Pittsburgh this year. Your support truly makes a difference.

Grief Support Group

Are you finding it hard to make sense of your feelings amid grief? You’re not alone. JFCS offers a Grief Support Group that convenes every other week. Here, you’ll find a community of people who understand your struggles and provide support to help you navigate through this difficult time.

Upcoming Sessions: July 8th and July 22nd; August 5th and 19th
