JFCS Squirrel Hill Food Pantry Updates

JFCS Squirrel Hill Food Pantry is open 5 days a week to provide food and essential support for people in our greater community. 

In-person shopping is available for families meeting at least one of the following: from ZIP Code 15217, strictly keep Kosher, have a medical need for gluten-free food.

Appointments are required for in-person shopping and can be scheduled for up to one month in advance.

We will provide pre-packed bags of food for anyone in need. 

Appointments are available but not required for pre-packed bag pickup

Prepacked bags will be distributed only during pantry operating hours.

Food Pantry operating hours:

Monday: 9 AM – 12:15 PM

Tuesday: 9 AM – 12:15 PM and 1:30 PM – 2:45 PM

Wednesday: 9 AM – 12:15 PM

Thursday: 9 AM – 12:15 PM and 1:30 PM – 2:45 PM

Friday: 9 AM – 12:15 PM

  • A JFCS Pantry Staff member will contact you within 2-3 business days.
  •  When scheduling an appointment, please send just one email or leave just one voice message.  Pantry staff will respond in the order that messages are received.
