Helping New Citizens Sign Up to Vote
Our ISAC staff seized the opportunity to make a real difference at the City County Building and USCIS naturalization ceremonies. Here, new citizens are not just informed of the services we provide at ISAC and JFCS, but actively assisted in signing up to vote, promoting a sense of community and fulfilling their new responsibilities.
Bridge Builders Kids Met the Science Bus
Our Bridge Builders kids loved being able to interact with live animals and learn about wildlife and physics with Pittsburgh Community Science Workshop’s Science Bus in July! This is one of the many ways our team has been working to help refugee youth continue to learn and stay active throughout the summer.
